Overview
Nourish is a pop-up market designed for college campuses, giving students convenient access to fresh, affordable produce. It offers budget friendly additions to a student’s diet without compromising on quality. The design is intentionally student focused and aims to encourage students to stop by and discover healthy food options.

Challenge
College students struggle to eat all of their nutrients due to overpriced groceries, inadequate dining hall options, a lack of culinary knowledge, and some have no access to a kitchen.
Solution
1. Create a market with fresh produce for college students
2. Give recipes that do not require too many ingredients or kitchen utensils
3. Hand out free samples to encourage students to try new produce and potentially purchase those items
Survey and Key Findings
A survey was sent out that helped to define key features of the market including what would encourage them to be a repeat shopper and what information they would like to see.
Early Renderings and Ideas

Free sample table including one fruit and one vegetable with the opportunity to purchase them

Fruit based recipes have a lighter background whereas vegetable based recipes have a darker recipe. Each one has minimal ingredients and conveniently requires little to no kitchen utensils.

Signs that include the farms that Nourish partners with and each food pricing card tells the customer where that specific product is from.

Branded fruit and vegetable stands to attract customers from afar. A covering is placed on top to ensure the best quality for the produce
